All orders are charged in US Dollar.

If you want to pay in Euro, live in Europe and are capable of reading German language you can go to our German shop here.

Shipping

Postage charges are based on the size of the total shipment and the destination country. You will find the correct calculated shipping costs in the shopping cart and the final order overview on the checkout page.

Shipping Costs

We ship via DHL with tracking. The shipping costs are:

- inside of Germany: $7.50

- inside of the European Union: $14.50

- to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of Europe: Small $16, Medium $22, Large $28

- to the United States and the rest of the World: Small $16, Medium $24, Large $35

Free Shipping

When you spend a certain amount of money with your order, you get the shipping for free:

- within Germany: orders over $90

- within the European Union: orders over $120

If you order a download product, the cost of that counts towards your free shipping.

Payment

We accept Paypal, credit card and debit card payments (through Paypal) and payment in advance via bank transfer. There is no need to open up a Paypal account during your payment if you are not a Paypal member. As Paypal and credit card payments are processed through Paypal, all security issues of their service apply.

Purchasing Procedure

To make a purchase, just click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All orders must be settled in full before goods can be shipped.

Delivery Time

All orders ship between 1-3 business days after the order has been made and payment cleared.

Delivery time within Germany is 3-5 business days, within Europe 5-10 business days and to the rest of the world 14 business days or more depending on your location. Most of the packages do arrive in a timely manner, however this is outside of our control.

If there will be a delay or your item is not in stock, we will inform you immediately and let you know as soon as we ship out your order.

Digital Products

There are no shipping costs for digital products. They can be downloaded from a link provided by an email sent to you within 48 hours of the conclusion of the contract.

If you buy digital goods in our online shop, you acknowledge that you lose your right of cancellation after accessing the digital good.

Invoice and Costum Declaration

Your shipment contains a proper invoice and, if necessary, a correct costums declaration.

Tax Charges

Depending on your country Valued Added Tax (VAT) is included in the prices shown within the European Union (EU). Prices are free of VAT for costumers from outside the EU when the products are shipped to outside of the EU. Generally all prices we display include German VAT.

We charge VAT from all costumers within the EU. Exceptions: Costumers from an EU country with a company and a valid VATId Number don't have to pay VAT.

Import Taxes

Depending on your location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Heartblood Magic and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. Please contact your local costums office for more information about import taxes in your country.
